Overview: This role supports a 12-month production support engagement for an enterprise Siebel CRM environment integrated with Oracle CCB and web platforms via SOA-based web services, including integration with Drupal. The role requires strong techno-functional expertise, hands-on production support experience, and close coordination with global offshore teams
**Mandatory Qualifications (Top Seven Must Haves)**
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience in production support roles the rate
- Strong techno-functional expertise across core Siebel modules listed above
- Proven experience supporting Siebel production environments
- Experience troubleshooting Siebel integrations using SOA / web services
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and issue resolution
- Experience working with global/offshore delivery teams
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utilities or regulated industry environments
- Prior exposure to Oracle CCB integrations
- Experience supporting marketing or customer communication workflows

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Calm and effective during production incidents
- Detail-oriented with strong root-cause analysis mindset
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a 24x7 support model with offshore teams
